Fairground Child uses Australia Post Registered Mail or Express Post for your deliveries. Goods are normally despatched within 24 hours of payment being cleared. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within Australia. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days.
The delivery costs for all Australian orders is AUD$8.00 with an extra $2.00 for each individual item with the exception of large/heavy items which carry a surcharge for each additional large/heavy item added (this will be indicated at the checkout and on the item description).
The delivery costs for International orders are based on weight. Please refer to prices below. For international orders please allow between 7 – 14 days for delivery. Prices do not include insurance, registered mail or express service- please contact us for a quote for these services.

All items remain the property of Fairground Child until payments are cleared.
Payments for all goods purchased on Fairground Child's website are made securely through PayPal. Please note all information remains confidential.
Gift wrapping is charged at $3 per sheet
We are also happy to sent a giftwrapped item directly to the recipient with a price-free invoice. Please let us know if this is a gift in the "notes" section at checkout and we will make sure we do not include an invoice.
At Fairground Child we hope that you will be satisfied with our purchase but we understand if something arrives and it is not the correct size or colour or you simply don't like it. We are happy to exchange but please choose carefully since we do not refund (except, of course, in the unlikely event of the item being faulty). If you are unable to find a substitute to exchange the item for, we are happy to issue a credit note that is valid for 6 months.
Before delivery, all items are checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged / broken in transit contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement. For customers within Australia, the product must first be returned to us within 7 days of purchase. For overseas customers, the product must be returned within 14 days.
All items must be returned in their original condition, labels attached, unworn, undamaged and in their original undamaged packaging for any exchange to be processed. Please pack carefully to ensure no damage is caused in transit.
All exchanges that are not the result of a fault or error, will incur a redelivery fee based on the actual cost of postage (via registered mail). Similarly, if a credit note is being redeemed, the actual cost of postage will be charged.
Exchanges will be handled as promptly as orders.
